Friday 25th February
6:00 pm – 8:00 pm Gear Check only (not registration) available at the Harrier Club rooms,
Sylvan Road, Hastings for all Courses (1 - 6). Course 1 competitors must be checked Friday night.

Friday 25th February
7:00 pm – 10:00 pm Gear Check and registration for Courses 1, 3 & 4 at Kuripapango Event Centre. Course 1 competitors must be checked Friday night.

Saturday 26th February
7:00 am                        Registration Closure and Event Briefing for Course 1.
7:30 am                        Start Course 1 from Event Centre.
6:45 am – 7:45 am         Gear Check for Courses 3 & 4 at Event Centre.

Registration is open until the last course departs at 8:30 am. Late starters start when space allows.

7:45 am                        Event briefing for Courses 3 & 4 at Event Centre.
8:00 am                        Start Course 3 from Event Centre.
8:30 am                        Start Course 4 from Event Centre.
3:00 pm                        Prize giving at Event Centre for Courses 1 & 3.
7:00 pm – 8:00 pm        Gear Check and Registration for Courses 5 and 6 at Event Centre.

Sunday 27th February.
7:00 am – 8:00 am         Gear check and Registration for Courses 5 and 6 at the Event Centre
8:00 am                        Event Briefing for Course 5 and 6 at Event Centre.
8:15 am                        Chasing start for Course 4 at Mackintosh.
8:30 am                        Support crew for course 5 & 6 (incl leg 3 runners and cyclists) who need to be at Lakes Rd Carpark need to leave now before the road is shut off
8:45 am                        Mass start for remaining competitors for Courses 4
9:00 am                        Lakes Road gate locked
9:00 am                        Start Course 5 from Event Centre.
9:00 am                        Start Course 6 (Duathlon) from Event Centre.
2:00 pm                        Prize giving at Event Centre for Courses 4, 5 and 6.

Please note that competitors will be withdrawn or diverted to another course if they do not reach
specified check points within the times allowed. Refer to individual course descriptions for details of
these times and to the Event rules for clarification of withdrawals & diversions. If you voluntarily
withdraw please advise the nearest check point and advise your planned route. If this is not possible,
advise the Event Centre as early as possible.

Chasing Starts
For Courses 4 there will be a chasing start on Day Two (Sunday). All grade leaders will start at 8:15 am on Day Two. Mass starts will still apply to those competitors / teams that came in on Day One 30 minutes or more behind their grade leader.
